1. Overview
At J. K. Automotive, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the terms outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Return request must be made within 3 calendar days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required.
- Unboxing video is mandatory (see Section 4).
- Customized/consumable items may not be eligible unless defective.
- Returns that don’t meet the above conditions may be refused.
3. Return Request Procedure
- Log in or contact our support to initiate a return.
- Submit your request within the allowed window.
- Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Ship the product within 3 days after approval.
- Ensure the product is securely packaged.
4. Mandatory Box Opening Video
To prevent fraud and confirm condition, a clear continuous unboxing video must be recorded while opening the parcel:
- Show outer box condition on delivery.
- Record cutting of seals/tape.
- Display the product and accessories inside.
- Submit this video with your return request.
Returns without valid video proof will be denied.
5. Shipping & Return Costs
- Defective or wrong items – shipping covered by J. K. Automotive.
- Change-of-mind returns – buyer pays both-way shipping.
- Use a trackable, insured courier for all returns.
- We’re not liable for lost/damaged parcels unless pickup arranged by us.
6. Inspection & Refund Process
- Returned items are inspected upon receipt.
- Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 4 business days after we receive the product
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless our fault).
- Partial refunds may apply for used or missing items.
7. Exchange / Replacement
- All return conditions apply to exchanges.
- Replacement shipped after inspection approval.
- Price differences adjusted accordingly.
8. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened oils, fluids, or consumables.
- Custom-ordered or special parts (unless defective).
- Physically damaged or misused products.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
- Allow up to 4 business days after refund approval.
- If delayed, contact your bank first, then our support.

Shipping Information
What shipping methods are available?
We have two shipping methods Standard and Express Delivery.
Our shipping partners are Bluedart, FedeEx, Delhivery, Indian Post, ExpressBees.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do take international orders that are above 10,000/ INR.
How might I obtain an estimated date of delivery?
The estimated delivery date is mailed to your email address also it can be found in my account section.
Can I split my order to ship to different locations?
Yes. Drop us a mail regarding your shipping address and the ordered items that you want to split.
Payment Information
What payments methods are available?
UPI, Paytm, G-Pay, Net Banking, Credit & Debit Cards are accepted.
Can I split my payment?
Payment splitting is currently not supported, but you can definitely split your order.
Orders And Returns
How do I return or exchange an item?
You have to generate a return request from my account section within 7 days of delivery and further procedure will be mailed to you as soon as you generate the return request.
How do I cancel an order?
There is no big challenge in cancelling the order. You just have to open my orders section and click on the cancel button of the order that you want to cancel.
